When is the right time to sign up for annual business tax filing?
Our existing clients get early-bird outreach in Q4 to lock in tax prep for the year — often an ideal time to sign on, since the engagement fee can be deducted on your current-year return. We recommend getting queued up during Q4 or Q1 if you can. We do take on new clients year-round for extensions, off-calendar filings, and catch-up work — though all projects are scheduled based on team capacity, so the earlier we can get you on our calendar, the better.

What's the difference between a Strategy Session and a paid consultation?
A Strategy Session is a free 30-minute call where we learn about your business, hear what you're working through, and talk about which of our services would best fit your needs. It's an introductory conversation — tax or business advice isn't given on these calls. A paid consultation is for times when you need specific, actionable guidance on your bookkeeping or tax situation. We connect you with the right expert on our team — our Enrolled Agent for tax questions, our Accounting Director for bookkeeping — and they'll give you tailored answers you can act on.
